Place Cards And Favors At The Head Table?

When you place your cards, do something for the wedding party seated at the head table? They already know they are sitting at this table. And I guess no need to include maps for the groom and me, right? Another question, rewards are placed at the head table for the bride and groom, too? I guess that would add to the decoration of the table. . . What do others? Thank you!
