I’m giving mini wine bottles as favors for my dad’s surprise 60th birthday party; does anyone know any excellent sites where I can find those personalized diamond shaped tags. I can’t seem to find any.

You can make your own in any photo program. Or a program that designs greeting cards. Most have a template in a diamond shape. Just design one, then choose the option that lets you print several on a page. You would use card stock..

I know I’ve seen personalized wrappers for candy bars, and mints, and water bottles, etc. at http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com/custom-chocolate-bars.html
I would check to see if they can also do what you are looking for. I believe there is even software where you can print out any kind you want.
