My friend and I are sharing our sweet sixteen, and we are having it at the beach :]. We need to reckon of thoughts for favors, but we’ve already spent a lot so something cheap and/or homemade would be preferred. Any thoughts? Thanks :]

Maybe visit a craft shop and buy some cheap beach sand!
or if you live close just use the real thing but anyway you could really personalize your favors use seashells and decorate them for the person your giving it to.
Make cookies in various beach shapes…shells, starfish, fish etc. Place three in small cellophane bags and tie up with curling ribbon.
