Anybody know where to get chocolate shells (half white/half brown) that have small toys in them? Edible & fun

I can’t remember the name of them, but they are edible and contain small toys which take from 1-4 steps to place together. Would be fantastic wedding or party favors. Reckon they originated in another country, but not sure.

How far ahead can I make caramel apples?

For my daughters birthday party I am making caramel, chocolate, and candy apples for party favors and I was just curious If I can make them1-2 days before the party and if so should I refrigerate them?

and what about cupcakes? Since I am making them the night before should I refrigerate them too?

Thanks so much!

The apple are best made the day of the event. Make the basic caramel coating and then have all the rest of the ingredients available so they can customize their apples.

They taste better fresh.

Cupcakes are excellent made the night before and refrigerated. Bring to room temp before icing.

What do you think of these Communion party favors?

I am helping out with a communion party at a fine steakhouse (Fleming’s) and have decked out the kids room in sports theme with personalized name embroidered duffle bags with a basketball… but we are keeping the adult room more elegant to keep with the restaurants ambiance… So I am giving the two items below on each place setting (mints and chocolates)… do you reckon this is enough or should I add a rosary to each and place them in a mini gift bag???

In the past I find receiving a rosary becomes redundant and just ends up in the back of some drawer. Thanks for the help.

I reckon you should place them in a gift bag.

If you can afford it, you could get ‘em all mini-bibles to add, too.

Can chocolate brown and LIME green be paired up as sweet 16 party colors? All I found was sage and brown? Help

I’m supposed to buy the favors for my neice’s party I don’t see lime green and choc. brown looking too excellent. Has anyone tried it. She doesn’ like pink, purple…(its in December)

Really, lime green and chocolate brown do look fantastic together – sort of like chocolate mint candies – which you could incorporate into the birthday treats.
